More often than not
Video editing eats up more time and energy than it should.
That’s why we work with monthly plans. A clear process, predictable timelines, and the reassurance that editing is taken care of. It’s like having a professional editing team available whenever you need it, without the back-and-forth or long-term commitments.
No waiting around
Send your footage and we get started straight away. Clear timelines, no hiring, no team management.
Clear pricing
One fixed monthly cost without long-term commitment. No new quotes, unexpected extras, or changes along the way.
Simple by design
Follow the editing process in one easy platform. Upload your footage and we take care of the rest.
A consistent look
We work with you on an ongoing basis, keeping style and criteria consistent. That way, you don’t have to start from scratch each time.
Simple on the surface.
Thoughtful underneath
Footage is shared in one simple platform, where it’s easy to see how things are progressing. Behind the scenes, the same team keeps working on your project over time, so results stay consistent and you don’t have to explain everything again.
01
Send your footage
You don’t need to have it all figured out. If you’re unsure what to film or how to frame it, we’ll help you make the most of what you already have.
02
We edit
We take care of the pacing, cuts, subtitles, format, and sound, so everything feels coherent and ready to publish. Videos are edited following the pace of your plan, so work keeps moving steadily and predictably.
03
You review
You can watch the preview and leave your comments directly on the video. Everything happens in one place, without technical hassle. If there’s anything you want to change, we’ll adjust it and keep things moving.
04
We deliver
Everything is optimised for smooth upload and consistent quality. And whenever you’re ready with new clips, just send them in and we’ll take it from there.

Frequently asked questions
Our plans are like having an editing team on hand, without long-term commitments or unnecessary complexity. Moving up a plan doesn’t just increase how much you can edit, it also adds flexibility: more work in parallel, more brands, and tighter turnaround times.
As a rough guide, these are typical monthly volumes for our clients:
• Essential: 4–6 short videos (under 90s) or 3–5 videos of up to 10 minutes.
• Active: 8–12 short videos (under 90s) or 6–10 videos of up to 10 minutes.
• Intensive: 20–28 short videos (under 90s) or 18–24 videos of up to 10 minutes.
In practice, most clients mix durations, complexity, and revisions depending on their needs that month. You can move up or down a plan at any time. And if you have a specific volume in mind, we’re happy to help you work it out.
Videos in progress are the ones we’re actively working on at the same time. You can submit as many requests as you like, but we work on a limited number of videos at once, depending on your plan. As soon as one video is finished, we automatically move on to the next one in the queue. This keeps editing moving, without the need for quotes, scheduling, or managing timelines yourself.
A revision covers small adjustments to a draft, such as changes to music, pacing, cuts, or framing. If the request involves a significant change in direction or requires rebuilding most of the video, it’s treated as a new request and added to the queue as a separate job. In most cases, a revision takes around 25–50% of the original delivery time, depending on how complex the requested changes are.
Yes. You can request as many revisions as you need until the video feels right.
Our aim is to deliver a strong first draft, but if adjustments are needed, we’ll keep working on the video for as long as it takes. Just keep in mind that while a video is in revision, it continues to use capacity within your plan until it’s approved and we move on to the next item in the queue.
A video edit becomes more complex when it requires more time, more editorial decisions, or a higher level of manual work than usual.
Some common examples include:
- Raw footage that is significantly longer than the expected final video (for example, more than five times the final duration).
- Low-quality recordings that require additional correction.
- Footage recorded with cameras or profiles that need more intensive post-production.
- Very specific or uncommon editing requirements.
- Use of complex or less common stock music, which requires careful searching and adaptation.
- Advanced work on pacing, narrative, or visual layering.
In short, complexity depends on the level of editorial and manual work required, not on who the video is for or where it will be published.
A brand is the visual style that makes your videos feel consistent and recognisable, such as colours, fonts, logos, and overall look. Within the same brand, you can request different types of videos and formats, and the style can adapt and evolve over time. Each plan includes a set number of brands. Videos created for different projects or businesses are counted as separate brands.
We work on UK business days, during the hours listed in the footer. UK public holidays can be checked here.
When we refer to turnaround times, we always mean business days.
No. Our service is focused on video editing. We work with the footage you provide. If you already have a defined brand or visual identity, we apply it consistently. If not, we can work with a simple, functional style so your videos stay coherent from the start.
Once the service has been paid for, the final delivered content is yours to use freely across your channels, campaigns, or platforms. Working files, templates, internal assets, and the processes used during editing are part of our workflow and aren’t transferred.
We accept Direct Debit and card payments.
Direct Debit is the recommended option for subscriptions, as it allows automatic monthly payments without interruptions. Payments are taken on a recurring monthly basis, and you can change your payment method at any time.
Kapibara Social operates as a UK supplier not registered for VAT, therefore the services provided are not subject to VAT.
The prices shown are final, with no additional charges. The expense can be declared for tax purposes, and you will receive an invoice for each billing cycle.
